Josh’s passion for his legal work stems from the satisfaction he derives from helping people navigate the legal system at a time when they need him the most, while aggressively ensuring their full legal rights are protected.
Josh focuses his practice on helping injured people in their time of true need. When a person is injured due to the negligence of others, whether a careless driver, a negligent property owner, or a medical provider who fails to meet the standard of care, Josh understands that they are facing one of the most trying times of their life. Often times, when a person is injured, they feel lost as they are unable to work, bills may be piling up, and insurance companies may be pressuring them to sign away their full rights. Josh’s passion for his legal work stems from the satisfaction he derives from helping people navigate the legal system at a time when they need him the most, while aggressively ensuring their full legal rights are protected.
Josh graduated cum laude from the Duquesne University School of Law in 2011, where he was actively involved in the Trial Advocacy program, and won multiple CALI awards for obtaining the highest grade in his class. Through participating in regional and national mock trial competitions, Josh began to develop the skill set necessary to be an effective advocate for his clients in the court room.
Whether in the court room, during litigation, or even pre-lawsuit, Josh uses his knowledge and experience to secure the best outcome for his clients.
Prior to law school, Josh studied political science at Ohio University, which reinforced his respect for the legal system as a necessary and indispensable element of a just society. In his practice, Josh truly enjoys serving as an experienced guide for his clients, and always takes time to explain each step of the legal process to his clients in a patient, understanding manner. Josh believes a personal connection is necessary to advocate for any individual, and strives to create an open and responsive line of communication.
Josh’s professional memberships include the American Association for Justice, the Pennsylvania Association for Justice, and the Western Pennsylvania Trial Lawyers Association.
When he is not working, Josh enjoys spending time with his family, playing recreational softball and volleyball, and serving the local community – including through his volunteer position on the Braddock Carnegie Library Association’s Board of Trustees.
Admitted to bar 2011, Supreme Court of Pennsylvania.
